Have smart meter but no statements from 19 Aug 2020

the problem started after installing the smart meter,
it does not matter whether the state of the counts is given manually or automatically, the bill is not inserted.
I haven’t received my bill in a year , balance:

£1,2K in credit
I think it’s time to change the energy supplier.

Thanks for posting. I’m sorry that you haven’t received a statement in such a long time - we absolutely need to get this fixed as a priority (even if you’re switching away).
