Have you changed the way meters are read?

So. Inwas going to take my monthly meter reading in the app and now there is no way to upload a meter reading. Instead where it shows the reading, typically Estimated or Customer. It now says smart.
Are you now ablento read gen 1 meters?

Thank you for posting,

We have removed the option for members with a working smart meter to submit a meter reading in their Bulb Account and app. This is so that we try and avoid any confusion for our members with working smart meters.

From reviewing your account it seems that we have been retrieving your smart readings from January so this is why you are unable to upload any meter readings.
