Haven't received May statement


My account shows my latest statement was March, I cannot see the statement for May, the only difference that has occurred recently is that I have read my Gas and Electric meter and then someone came to do it a few days later.


Hi I’m the same​:roll_eyes: I recently had a smart meter fitted and this should have been my first bill after installation… I’ve always received my bill on 7th of the month pre ‘smart meter’:woman_shrugging: Any suggestions??

UPDATE I’ve just had an online chat with bulb, who advised me that ‘some details from smart meter needed verifying, and that should be done today and I’ll get a statement within next 24 hours’ fingers crossed… Have you tried online chat??
