Having 2 accounts with the same email address

I have an account for a portfolio of properties (Limited Company) and also an account for my home but I cannot use the same email address for both, as I only use 1 email address is there anyway I can have both accounts with the same email address?

But surely you don’t want to mix personal stuff with your business stuff? Are you seriously saying your don’t have an entirely separate email address for your limited company, and another for your personal life? I can’t imagine many people run a limited company this way, but each to their own …
