Having trouble finding your account

Trying to set up an old account online.

  1. After logging in all I get is “we’re having trouble finding your account”.
  2. I then put in our details and it says verify your email.
  3. I verify email, It then goes back to point 1 and the cycle continues.
    How can I link the online login to our account?

Hi, i’m having exactly the same issue as you mentioned. i just switched to Bulb and it’s a new account.

appreciated if the bulb support team would read this and offer any assistance.
