Having trouble submitting meter readings


I am new to Bulb but I cannot access my account. It just takes me to community hub every time i log in. I need to add my meter readings and my payment method. Its very frustrating as i switched to bulb recently and bulb site/app is not helpful at all.
Could you please sort this out for me?
