Our heating system was working perfectly and since our smart meter has been fitted the heating is not coming on. Can you send out an engineer as soon as possible please to rectify this.
We are sorry you have had issues with your heating, it may be the case the boiler has gone faulty or the heating appliance was not switched off correctly when the job was done however before sending out a new engineer we would need to assess whether this is actually at fault of the meter or the engineer itself.
