The help centre is broken, or at least intermittent.
It appears to be trying to connect to p13.zdassets.com which eventually times out and fails.
Manually visiting that URL reveals a Zendesk help centre that no longer exists.

We’ve spoken with Zendesk. They have said that the Help Centre should be working.
Can you let me know if you are still experiencing this problem?
