Help to login to account

Why can I no longer log on to my account, I appear to be in a loop that brings me back to this community page…I only want to pop my meter readings in

I have had the same problem this evening - in that I can’t log into Bulb using a Chromium based browser (Edge beta or Google Chrome), I could only login and leave meter readings using Internet Explorer - so you could try that.

My version of Chrome is Version 79.0.3945.117 (Official Build) (64-bit) - so I don’t know if we are hitting this: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4522904/potential-disruption-to-customer-websites-in-latest-chrome
