Help with my prepaid meter about the price

Hi.
I move in my flat since 31/1/2021 with prepaid meter keys give by the agency .
I don’t understand this system I too up £10 almost every day or every 36h with npower supplier and British gas keys I didn’t choose the agency just give me the key .
This is so expensive for a single flat every where electric, I put some hitting 5 minutes half my £10 I too up is gone the meter then so fast I can’t pay I can’t follow this price I think previous tenany had debt to repair with odd course never did and I pay the price. Is this normal pls I need help because I don’t have any money now don’t have again electricity and is very cold inside.

It sounds like you are signed up with Npower/ British Gas.

If you wanted to switch to Bulb you can see how our tariff compares.

As you said you have just moved in you should also check that the previous tenant did not leave any debt on your meter.

The best way to do this is by following a guide on what each screen stands for. .

You should get in touch with your current supplier, if you did want to switch to Bulb you can initiate a switch online.

We will then send you a new key and card.
