I have just signed up through uswitch but have changed my mind. Can I cancel before the switch. Literally just done it 30 mins ago. Thanks

Hi there @11elaine14 you can indeed (though we’ll be very sad to see you go :’( ) just pop over to your bulb account and click ‘cancel my switch’ or drop us an email at help@bulb.co.uk and we’ll sort it out for you

Although if it’s that soon the order may not have left uswitch yet, so you could try getting in touch with them and seeing if they’ve sent it off first, if you like
