I’ve signed up to Bulb switch will take place on Tuesday , I’ve had 3 emails to give my metre readings, I click the link in email to enter them gives me one option to click go to community , underneath it says or sign in to bulb with a different email address ! On the app I log in , it welcomes me by name then says I don’t have an account , so can’t click on anything within the app . It’s stressing me out so much ! I’ve been trying to ring since Saturday but it’s closed now till Tuesday ! How am I meant to do anything or submit metre readings when it won’t let me access my account !!
