Hi, My address got registered as Flat 2-3 in my account but my flat is only Flat 2

Hi I have recently shifted to bulb as my supply for gas and electricity. The address thats showing here is Flat 2-3, But my flat no is only Flat 2, Can you update it in your records?

Hi @512 thanks for letting me know! I have changed your address to just Flat 2 and it should appear in your mybulb as that now.

I would recommend sending us an email or send me a private message with your meter details (either the serial numbers printed on the meter or MPAN/MPRN numbers from an old bill) just to double check we definitely have the right ones! :smile:
