I notice that ‘my account’ records my address as 16 Alexander Drive.
It should be 20 Alexander Drive,
How do I change it?

Hi @michael8712 - we can apply to have it updated on the industry database, and when that change is made you’ll see it in your account. Before we go ahead and do that, though, can I just check we’ve made sure we have the correct meters for you? I don’t want us to have applied for 16 Alexander Drive when we should have applied for 20.
