Yesterday they put the home display meter but I know that I need the top up meter. How works? I have not any menu in my meter reading
Did you have a smart meter installation at your property yesterday? If that’s the case, the installed meter will be a credit meter rather than a top-up meter.
If you can’t see the ‘submit meter reading’ option in your Bulb account menu, this is because your smart meters should transmit your readings automatically going forward.
