Home display not working

Had my smart meter fitted on Tuesday and the display has not changed or updated

I have put the home display as near as I can to my meter and still no signal have connected to WiFi the time is showing the wrong time aswell

Mine too … I have powered it off and on so many times but after 3 or 4 minutes of displaying an electricity value it just reverts back to nothing but dashes and says Elec data is unavailable – Its never shown the Gas usage since it was installed !! rubbish

So they just pick up the phone and dont talk? Highly doubt it.
