Home Move

I recently switched to Bulb. Presently we have Prepay Cards from British Gas for both Gas & Electricity. My home move is scheduled for 27th Sept. So how will this work. Will an engineer come and change the meter or will we get new cards for topping up. Can someone please explain the process.

You’ve switched to Bulb “recently” but you’re moving house on the 27th. What supplier is the new property using and what meters does it have? Normal/smart? Prepayment/credit?
