Hopeless Admin

I haven’t had a statement for over 6 months. It appears that i was subject to an eroneous transfer to another supplier without my knowledge. I continue to pay my monthly direct debit to Bulb but haven’t seen a bill since God knows when. I told Bulb about it but nothing has happened. This happened to anyone else?

If it’s taken you six monthly to notice and question this problem, I’d certainly agree you have hopeless admin!

What happened each month when you tried to submit your meter readings? Didn’t you notice the problem way back then?

That’s weird. if you look in your “Payments & statements” section of your account dashboard what do you see?
