I have recently switched to bulb and now my water is cold, did i need to charge my previous supplier’s card for my gas to continue? What should i do as bulb offices are closed until Monday. Please help.
Could you give a little more detail?
Do you have credit meters or prepare meters? If you are a prepayment meter customer, along as you have money in your meter there should be no issue with your gas supply, and it may be an issue with your hot water heating system.
When did you switch? When was your official switch date?
Official date was 13.11.18 that’s when i switched. Thanks
