How can I reach my account?

Hi, I have called the Bulb and set my electricity account almost 6 months ago. Every month I am paying directly my debit. However, I cannot see my usage per month or three-month. How can see my usage of electricity or bills? I have no account in Bulb, I gave them my mail but my mail address is never activated. Can you help me asap? Many thanks

If the email address you gave to Bulb isn’t working to allow you to login, then contact Bulb and ask them to fix your account. Presumably this also means that you haven’t submitted any meter readings for the past 6 months? You’re supposed to give readings every month, so you really ought to have sorted this problem by now.
