How can I rectify the last meter reading?

I’ve closed my bulb account as I moved home and couldn’t switch provider immediately.
When I submitted the last reading the electricity one was wrong (too low).

In my account dashboard the account is showing as in process of being close.
How can I rectify the last meter reading?
