Unfortunately I will have to cancel my switch to bulb, can someone please advise how can I do so?

The best thing to do would be to either send Bulb an email (email@example.com), or give them a ring on Monday morning (0300 30 30 635) and they’ll be able to sort out the cancellation for you.
