How do I access my monthly statements?


I have been advised my monthly payments will be increasing. Before I accept this I would like to review my annual usage (kwh for gas and electric). When I click on statements and payments there are no documents to detail any of my usage over the past 12 months. Am I missing something? how can I access this?

Have you been submitting meter readings regularly? Or do you have smart meters?

What exactly do you see under Payments & Statements? Normally, you should see something like this:

Yes, as @stevefoster has displayed, where it says ‘Energy Used’ is where you can then proceed to download your statement. If you do not see this option, please do let us know, and we can then take a look at your account for you to get that sorted :slightly_smiling_face:
