How do I change FIT payment to credit Bulb account, instead of paying to bank account

How do I change FIT payment to credit Bulb account, instead of paying to bank account? I’ve tried looking everywhere in the account settings, but can’t find a way to do it - should be straightforward, surely? Also very frustrating that there are no direct contact details either phone or email - are Bulb afraid to communicate directly with their customers?
