My first bill is due to come out on the 1st December but I don not get paid till the fifteen and I cant seem to change the date. How do I do this? Thanks.
The first bill date is fixed by your switch date. After the first bill you will be able to change it.
If you contact Bulb directly, rather than via this customer forum, they might be able to change it for you.
Presumably you’ve just been paid last week, so you can set aside the money ready for next month? Or perhaps you have some credit due back from your previous supplier that will cover it?
