How do I get multiple sign-ins to my bulb account?

I signed up to the account, but my wife is more commonly at home. If I forward her the request for a meter reading, she then has to send it back to me to submit it.

Is it possible to have two e-mail addresses / passwords associated with the same account to prevent this second step?

Hi @david4330 , looks like you’ve found a case where this new sign in process falls down a little. We’re going to be updating the sign in process to bring back a password entry along with a couple other improvements aswell.

In the mean time, I’d recommend you taking the meter reads from your wife and loading once you’ve logged in. It’s not possible to have 2 email address on the account, but you will be able to set up an account you can both access shortly.
