How do I get my installation completed

Hi,
How o I get my smart meter installation completed. Engineer fitted gas/electric bits, but couldnt get the meters to sync up… now looks to be syncing, the blinking led that wasnt blinking now is & displaying tariff etc (nothing on screen previous. So who do I contact to get it finished?

I’m glad that you’ve had the data come through in your in home display.

It looks like you’ve since spoken with an agent who has put you on daily reads, which should force the readings to come through to us here.

ha! lolz… nope, still nothing… & yeh, Ive phoned agian. & now its been “escalted”
