If you go into your dashboard account, and then “Payments and statements” the very earliest date should be when you switched to Bulb.

The easiest way would be to login to (it’s currently undergoing maintenance) and then go into ‘Tariff’ and scroll to the bottom and your ‘Welcome to Bulb’ email should be there alongside the date it was sent (this should also be in your email inbox somewhere)… Alternatively, you can scroll through all the Payments+Statements until you reach the start.
