You can make a top up payment in Payments and Statements on your Bulb dashboard. But this only prompts Bulb to request the payment from your bank under the existing direct debit mandate so will only work if the failed payment was a one off.

To change your payment information just log into your bulb account, head to payments and statements and then payment settings.

Here you can change your payment amount, date or set up a new direct debit.
