I followed instructions on the site but I couldn’t find the heading required in my account…payment settings I think it was called in the instructions. My balance is low heading into the winter and I don’t want to have to worry about keeping the house warm.
heya @AB1950. Thanks for getting in contact. Head into the “payments and statements” section of the Bulb Account. Once you’re in, select “payment settings”.
If you ‘Sign in’ (top right hand corner) you’ll be taken to your account dashboard at https://account.bulb.co.uk/dashboard : select ‘Payments and Statements’ and under the main ‘Statements’ column (middle) there should be a green ‘Top up balance’ button under the current balance.
I can’t see a way of doing it via the Android App.
