How do I request an in-home display; my smart meter was already installed when I moved into the house and there is no in-home display.
Best to give their customer services a call to request an ihd and don’t let them charge you for it!

At the moment we are unable to send you out an IHD still due to availability but I have added you on to our waiting list. I am unable to provide you with an accurate timeframe for when when we will have one available but once we have one to send out to you we will be contacted.
