How do I restart my switch?

How do I restart my switch? Ovo has lifted their objection and I followed the link to restart, but can’t see how to do that?

I have switched my gas but my electricity with EDF was objected paid £18 outstanding, it says on bulb to restart switch to go to my account can not find it.

I can’t work out how to restart? My address had a typo but I can’t correct it. The flat number should have been 42 not 49, I can’t work out how to change it and restart?
