I have seen reports there maybe problems if using the App. (I don’t have first hand experience). However if you go to https://account.bulb.co.uk/dashboard/personal-details you should be able to amend your DD payment and date.
Hi there @jag41 as Allanr says you won’t be able to change your direct debit through the app, but if you head over to your bulb account on your internet browser you should be able to change your payments there, in https://account.bulb.co.uk/dashboard/payments-and-statements. You should also know that you can’t change your payments until after your first payment’s come out. If that doesn’t work then it sounds like there might be some more specific problem, if you could email email@example.com, or pop onto the online chat on our website or give us a ring on 0300 30 30 635 from 9:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday I’m sure we’ll be able to get it sorted out for you
