How do I speak to a Bulb account Manager

My account was opened and I was not given the opening meter reads so I cannot check if my final bill from the last supplier is correct.

Bulb customer support and it’s website are useless, there is no way to speak to a member of staff!!

Have you checked the bottom of the Help page, their contact details are shown there?

Meter installer was gone by the time i got to the door. He did not leave a text message what time he was coming as promissed. I now expect a bill for £30,

Did you not supply a meter reading to Bulb just before you switched?
