How do I submit reading?

I press Submit Meter Reading in the app and this is all I get…Cant enter it anywhere.

Difficult to know the reason as I use a desktop. What happens if you click on either Gas or Electricity?

Same here in that my PC/laptop to access my account and submit meter readings. However I did download the App today check out the problem experienced by the OP.

What I found was that if you click the electricity or Gas it just toggles between each to show the listed readings.

On my App screen at the top are are two large green boxes Electricity and Gas and it is these which are pressed to enter meter readings.

I will try again after midnight and use the date it says.

It would have helped if you had mentioned the date situation when you first posted.

You should get a reminder from Bulb when to submit your meter reading, I most certainly did when I joined Bulb…
