Hi. How do I talk to about getting my meter display fixed only it’s too dim to read.

You’ll need to contact Bulb directly at firstname.lastname@example.org (other methods of contact listed on https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115001240291-How-can-I-get-in-touch-with-Bulb- ) and they’ll be able to arrange that. I know when I was taking my meter readings this morning, my electrical meter one was hard to read (I even used the camera, with flash, on my phone), but whether ‘dimness’ is a ‘replaceable matter’ or just a ‘if it’s functional, just wait until there is better light to read’ issue will be up to Bulb.
