Hi, I have quite a lot of credit in my account but I was still charged for this months energy, I am confused about how this has worked out, can you explain please and how do I use my credit to pay the bills? Thanks
Hi @carly1789 , for now, this process is not yet, although we’re working on offering this to our customers soon as we believe it’s quite important.
For now, you could just send us an email or give us a ring at 03003030635, and we can work out how many months we can pause your payments for. Otherwise, we could give you a partial refund, leaving enough in your account to cover some usage. Finally, we would algo change your payment amount to something that more accurately reflects your usage.
