Yes. Phone number not working at all. My bill is £2k in credit online because the system has added back a load of bills this morning. Not received my bill I always receive 23rd monthly. Worst decision ever to move to SMART ( non smart) Meters on 26th April 2019. Hopeless, one thing after another.
