I became a Bulb customer on 14th June via a friend’s referral code but the £50 credit hasn’t appeared as yet… emailed support but no reply after I sent the referral code on the 18th June :-/

If you have signed up through our website and forgot to use the referral link, we can always add this on for you after.
The credit will usually be applied to both accounts on the switch date. If we add it on after, it takes 24 hours to appear on both accounts.
If you’re on a prepayment meter, we will send you an email from Transferwise within a week of your first electricity top-up. If you pop in your account information into this email, the credit will be sent straight to your bank account.
