Every time I try to sign in to my account to submit my first meter reading It takes me to community. It’s so frustrating, beginning to widhbi hadn’t switched Please help me!

And now it says “down for maintance!” Pah!
Is that in the app or the main website? If it’s the app I’d suggest using a full browser to access the website, since I’ve also seen reports of the app saying down for maintenance when it’s not. I very much doubt anyone from Bulb is working on anything at this time of night on a Saturday.
The website is working for me, for what it’s worth.
