How on earth do I sign in?

Every time I try to sign in to my account to submit my first meter reading It takes me to community. It’s so frustrating, beginning to widhbi hadn’t switched :pensive: Please help me!

And now it says “down for maintance!” Pah!

Is that in the app or the main website? If it’s the app I’d suggest using a full browser to access the website, since I’ve also seen reports of the app saying down for maintenance when it’s not. I very much doubt anyone from Bulb is working on anything at this time of night on a Saturday.

The website is working for me, for what it’s worth.
