Had Smart Meter with last provider and now find it a problem reading meters on monthly basis
Hi @clarice , we’re likely to be rolling our smart meters out around June 2018. We don’t expect a reading every month if it’s difficult for you. Every 3 months should be absolutely fine!

Will this be the updated versions of the Smart Meters…or the older versions which it seems are still being installed in spite of their known weaknesses and limitations?
Hi @david1483 . We’re only installing SMETS2 smart meters, we agree with you entirely that the 1st generation are not very useful at all!
