How to actually contact someone at bulb?

I can’t switch automatically because emy property has multiple MPAN numbers associated with it and the automated process only lets me select one.

How do I actually email/phone/talk to anyone at bulb?

Have a look at https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115001240291-How-can-I-get-in-touch-with-Bulb- which lists their email address, live chat and phone number.

Their phone number and email addresses are also listed at the bottom of the main ‘Help’ page as well.
