How to advise of change of gas metter

On 19/12/19 SGN changed my gas meter due to issues, how do I update this info onto Bulb otherwise it will look like I have used a lot of gas?

I have read the meter today and it now reads 00032

The company that swap out the meter will handle all this for you. You don’t have to inform Bulb of anything. Occasionally this doesn’t work right and Bulb don’t update the meter information. At that point then, you might have to chase it up. You can do this using the contact information listed in the help section and on your statements.

I’d suggest removing the photo from your post - meter serial numbers aren’t particularly serious pieces of personal information but nevertheless probably shouldn’t be posted online.
