How to get a response from Bulb?

I have now four outstanding issues to resolve with Bulb.

Please can someone tell me how to get in contact.

Live chat - doesn’t work
email - no response
Phone - hangs up after ages in the queue

This is very frustrating …

Be polite and to the point, mention all the times you have tried to get help.

You should get a response within 1 or 2 days max.
