How to get a revised bill after wrong meter reading

Hello - Mistakenly I submitted a incorrect meter reading, meaning my bill was higher than expected. I have since submitted the correct readings and want to ensure the amount total is not held on my account and should be reduced - any idea who to contact or what to do? Thanks

Your bill maybe higher but your DD should remain the same, it will not adjust until your next meter readings providing you send them in within the 2 day time window.
If it was due to an incorrect meter reading you will have the higher bill just now but a lower one next month as it adjusts, your DD will remain constant.
