How to set up a payment plan?

Under Payments and statement -> Monthly payments, I get the following:

That’s very odd - the payment details should have been setup automatically when your account was created. If help@bulb.co.uk isn’t replying promptly (I know, on occasion, it can take a couple of days for a reply - but you should have had at least an ‘auto acknowledgement’ that your email was received), I’d give them a call on 0300 30 30 635 or use their live chat (see https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115001240291-How-can-I-get-in-touch-with-Bulb- for details).

I believe there is a problem on Bulb, I have a similar type error type message which is somewhat greyed out with the rotating circle depicting it is trying to connect me to the account page. I can access the Community with no issues.

Someone must have pressed the right buttons, the system is back to normal.
