Hi how can I topup my smart meter at the Post office as i don’t have a key or card to insert?

I’m really sorry for the delay getting back to you here.
I can see you’ve been in contact with us and we’ve sent you a digital version of your Payment Allocation Number (PAN) card so you can top up in a shop.
