How to transfer to new property


how do I transfer my Bulb account to a new property. I think I have managed to log my moving date on my account but I haven’t registered I would like to use Bulb at new address. The web site isn’t very clear or responsive.


@NeilScott thanks for letting us know you’re moving out of the current property. We’ll send an email closer to the move-out date asking for a meter reading.

The new property will be a completely new account, so please sign up from scratch on the homepage, using the same email address and password.
