I’m a new customer and I’m trying to create an online account so that I can provide you with meter readings. However when I go to https://account.bulb.co.uk/login and click ‘Email me link to sign in instantly’, no link is sent to me (I’ve tried several days and have checked my spam folder), the system seems to be broken. Could you please help?

I have just tried logging in via the email route and it worked fine for me, email was duly received.

Silly question but have you had any email notification from Bulb to say that you have joined Bulb?

You can access your Bulb account here: https://account.bulb.co.uk/dashboard/. If you receive statements from us, you should receive this via email.

If you aren’t receiving statements, it’s possible there could be an error in the email address we have on the account. I’ve sent you a private message about this now.
